A restaurant dishwasher is responsible for washing all dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery, as well as maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Part Time Position/ Lunch and Brunch hours

Key responsibilities-

Washing and sanitation: Thoroughly washing all dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware by hand or using a commercial dishwasher, ensuring they are clean and sanitary.

Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the kitchen area, including floors, drains, and work stations, clean and organized throughout their shift.

Waste management: Removing and properly disposing of trash and other waste from the kitchen and surrounding areas.

Stocking and organization: Storing all clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated locations and restocking supplies as needed.

Support for kitchen staff: Assisting cooks with prep work, such as cleaning and chopping vegetables, as directed.

Safety and maintenance: Adhering to all food safety procedures, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and performing basic maintenance on the dishwashing machine.
