Dispatch Coordinator –Ocean & Air Freight(Bilingual: English & Spanish

We are a customs-bonded warehouse located in Pico Rivera, currently seeking motivated candidates for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage ocean and air freight operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dispatch for ocean and air shipments

Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and customers

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

Prepare and review basic shipping documents

Assist with other office tasks as needed

Requirements:

Must speak, read, and write English and Spanish

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Experience in freight forwarding or dispatch preferred

Full-time positions with potential overtime.

$22 per hour
