Job DescriptionA large HVAC company is seeking a Dispatcher for their service department working out of Livermore, CA. The individual in this role would work in the service department in an administrative capacity. Candidates for this position should be reliable, organized, positive, and have a desire to learn and grow with the company.Duties and Responsibilities

Dispatch inbound calls and emails from clients timely and effectively

Dispatch service technicians to client sites timely and effectively

Manage open service work orders

Update work order notes at least weekly

Manage, maintain, and update client portals

Identify and assess clients’ needs to meet or exceed expectations

Provide accurate and complete information to clients, technicians and management

Field client questions and concerns, suggest appropriate solutions/alternatives

Responsible for scheduling preventative maintenances and quoted jobs

Host weekly dispatch meetings

Work with Service manager to create on-call schedules

Assist with parts requests, ordering and distribution

Assist with refrigerant documentation

Follow company scripts, guidelines, and policies

Provide general office administrative support
