Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in the construction/contractor industry based in Sacramento, California. As a Dispatcher, you will be instrumental in managing communication, handling computer programs, and overseeing customer service functions. Responsibilities: Operate computer programs and use CRM to manage customer interactions effectively Leverage the IBM AS/400 system for various operational processes Handle inbound calls, providing prompt and efficient responses Use the ADP - Financial Services system for managing financial aspects of the role Ensure effective communication within the team and with customers Execute billing functions accurately and in a timely manner Utilize the 'About Time' management system for optimal productivity Provide answers to customer and team inquiries swiftly and accurately Manage and maintain records using various computer programs Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with established procedures and standards.Requirements Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services software Demonstrated ability with various Computer Programs Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Knowledge of IBM AS/400 operational software Familiarity with Management System Proficiency in using About Time software Ability to provide accurate and timely responses (Answer) Experience in Answering Inbound Calls Capable of performing Billing Functions Excellent Communication skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
