Dispatcher - HVAC, Construction

Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is looking for a Dispatcher to:Receive inbound calls and emails, identify the nature of the request and document all information according to standard operating procedures and dispatch technicians accordinglyProvide customers with updates and estimated time of arrivals and verify technician check-in and check-outEnter new customer information into the internal database; also update and maintain customer database master filesPayroll entry: review all labor entries from system to confirm they have been applied correctlyScan and submit backflow reports to applicable city utilitiesPurchase order distribution: field technicians will call in to obtain a purchase order job number if a vendor is not listed in the phone APP. The dispatcher will verify job number and vendor information, save the purchase order number in internal system awaiting costReceive incoming emails from the Accounts Payable department and outside vendors regarding invoicesResponsible for the accurate entry, proofing, and maintenance of purchase ordersWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
