We are looking for a Go Getter Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant to manage the day to day operations of the office. "Can be Hectic"
Job duties include:
- Dispatcher experience is a Must
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Answering customer phone calls, Emails
- Dispatching technicians to jobs
-Following up on Work Orders with Technicians and Customers
- Ordering from suppliers and maintain inventory
- Billing
- Scheduling jobs
- Ability of Multi-Task and maintain organization/time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, is a Must
- Calling customers to remind of service
We are looking for someone who is a self starter and Team Player that can maintain a
professional outlook, positive, and motivated to work hard. (Problem Solver)
