Do You Have Asthma? lf So,

—You May Be Interested ln Participating In A Paid Asthma Study

The study is being conducted to determine the effects of an investigational drug in people who have moderate to severe asthma that is not well controlled

Consider participating in the clinical research study if:

You are 18 - 80 years of age

You were diagnosed with moderate or severe asthma 12 or more moth ago

ln addition to an inhaled steroid you use 1 other inhaler or oral medication to treat your asthma

You have had at least 1 emergency room, hospital visit or required treatment with oral and injectable steroids like prednisone to treat your asthma in the last 12 months.

lf you participate:

You will be seen at no charge to you, by a doctor who will closely monitor your asthma and symptoms

You will attend a total of 16 visit over 52 weeks

You will be compensated at the end of each completed visit
