Position Overview DOM Support Lead Requirements: Mandatory Skills: Sterling store order management Job Description:

• Min experience - 10 + years.
• Worked as integration expert / orchestrator liasoning with cross functional team. Design, develop, maintain, support, and enhance IBM DOM platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure a cohesive system design.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Perform bug fixes and make minor enhancements to the DOM application as needed.

• Experience with IBM DOM platform, specifically the Order Management and Inventory Management modules.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Experience with Angular, Node.js Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in software applications.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and experience optimizing applications for scalability and speed.
