Drywall Finishers/ Journeyman & Apprentices

We have Union jobs available for DRYWALL FINISHERS/ TAPERS in Bakersfield and surrounding areas. We are looking for people with experience in Taping as a drywall finisher, if you are a Journeyman or apprentice Drywall Finisher / Taper. Here is what we have to offer.

Starting Rate with no experience: $23.10 hr. + $1.90 vacation pay

Journeyman level $54.40 Per. Hour

Journeyman Rate @ $49.33 hr. + $5.07 hr. vacation pay = $54.40 Per Hour

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age

Ability to pass a drug screen

Social Security card (or documentation that states your legal to work in the USA)

Personal transportation

Physically able to do the job

After you are hired you will be required to join the IUPAT DC36 Local Union 1136.

Always conduct yourself in a Safe and professional manner .

You are expected to show up ready to work early EVERY DAY.

Long pants, work boots, and shirts with sleeves are required.

overstate your experience; we are professionals at Drywall Finishing and we will know very quickly if
