E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Downtown Fullerton

Work Schedule

Monday – Thursday:

o Full-Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: Off

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: Off

Job Responsibilities

Training will be provided

Provide excellent customer service via email, chat, phone, online platforms, and in person

Pack and ship daily online orders

(Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or eBay is a plus)

Process returns, cancellations, and exchanges

Manage inventory: open UPS packages, organize merchandise, and update inventory systems

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace; remove trash daily

Perform website updates, data entry, and assist with social media posts

Run errands as needed (valid driver’s license required)

Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading)

eCommerce experience with Amazon or eBay preferred

Computer-savvy; experience with IT integrations is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$17 per hour

6-month probationary/training period

Position Overview

The Store Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily retail and online operations. This role requires learning products, systems, and workflows during a comprehensive six-month training period.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and thrives in a busy environment. Daily tasks include packing online orders, restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store order. The role requires the use of a short 3-step ladder to access upper shelves and strong organizational skills to manage new product arrivals.

Responsibilities also include processing customer orders, cancellations, and returns while assisting customers via phone, email, online platforms, and in person. Occasional errands, such as trips to the post office, may be required.

Long-Term Opportunity

We are seeking a long-term team member interested in building a career in retail and e-commerce. Due to the extensive training involved, this position is not suitable for short-term applicants.
