E-Commerce Retoucher / Digital Technician

Vuori is seeking a highly motivated Retoucher / Digi Tech to join our rapidly growing creative and marketing team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of image related post production work including but not limited to E-commerce imagery retouching, retouching-vendor management, on-set digi-teching, quality control, and more. Expertise in Adobe CC with a focus on Photoshop, Capture 1 and other retouching plugins and applications. This position will be required to learn and manage Creative Force studio management software.  In addition, the position requires thorough knowledge of image post production workflows, industry standards and best practices as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight turnarounds. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support the photography process and ensure the accuracy of all images created Hands on high end image retouching for Vuori’s fashion and lifestyle imagery Management of post-production for all image categories including fashion, lifestyle, E-commerce, product photograph Manage collection, editing, naming, and processing of all digital images captured on set including On-Figure photography and Off-Figure product images Perform quality assurance checks for all vendor retouched imagery -  quickly and efficiently evaluate images to identify any potential issues that must be addressed Work with Photo Director, Sr. Art Director, asset manager, broader creative team, and cross functional groups to assist with any imagery post production needs Work with outside vendors for various aspects of the retouching process, including mark-ups of E-commerce and lifestyle imagery to align with brand aesthetic Enthusiasm for exploring new techniques and ideas in pursuit of improving existing workflow Knowledge of studio photography and lighting practices, as well as photographic vocabulary and terms Retouching images to established aesthetic standards/technical specifications, and delivering consistent, error-free edits for distribution across multiple platforms Daily set up of capture station, monitors while troubleshooting any technical issues Support photographer with prepping/breaking down equipment as needed Willingness to lend a hand on set as needed Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology as relevant to image retouching and photography Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
