Position SummaryWhat you'll doAs an E&S Program Operations Manager , you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across various advertiser Enablement & Support programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve high-traffic processes that impact both customer experience and associate efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role is an operations-minded analyst that leans into the unknown, identifies data-driven opportunities, and collaboratively manages improvement workstreams.This position reports into the Senior Manager of E&S Program Operations and is an in-person role based either in our San Bruno, CA; Hoboken, NJ or Los Angeles, CA office .In this role, you will:

Analyze workflows, identify opportunities, and solution from a business-wide perspective

Develop subject matter expertise around Advertiser onboarding and support processes

Champion advertiser and operational needs in new and existing strategic initiatives

Partner with stakeholders to drive process excellence and roadmap alignment

Facilitate audits, shadowing, and trainings of global program participants

Draft and maintain detailed process documentation and workflows

Drive parity in onboarding and support across our product suite

Serve as escalation POC for off-path questions and escalations

Translate program strategy into key metrics and initiatives

Monitor program health, risks, and functional capacity

About you

3+ years in the AdTech or related technology ecosystem

Strong collaborator with an attention to detail and can-do attitude

Embrace working in a fast paced continually evolving environment

Experience analyzing, documenting, and iterating on workflows

Ability to form strong relationships with partner teams

Comfortable navigating global organization structures

Able to influence and align without explicit authority

Self-starter with strong project management skills
