- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering principles, digital and mixed signal electronics design both at the theoretical and implementation level.
- Responsible to resolve complex performance, obsolescence, and/or quality problems for released systems such as design approach, schematic, layout, budget, project planning and milestone.
- Provide significant contributions for major field retrofit design solution, upgrades, and continuous improvement programs.
- Define requirement specifications and develop design projects from concept design to production release.
- Responsible for designing the testbenches, functional and/or post layout simulations, timing analysis/closure.
- Understand and capture the project specifications and performance requirements on board and system level.
- Write technical documentation that meets the defined quality standards for manufacturing / service team as required.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in semiconductor / medical / military equipment industry
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering principles, digital and mixed signal electronics design both at the theoretical and implementation level.
- Hands on experience with lab instruments like logic analyzer, oscilloscope, eLoad etc.
- Be able to work in a multi-discipline and multi-culture global organization.
- Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on changes of business priority dynamics.
- The candidate should be self-driven, yet a strong team player.
