- Need 10-15 years Electrical Engineering experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline
- Experience with hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded hardware
- Solid programming experience in C or C; and Python
- Experience doing embedded systems design in high complexity systems
- Experience successfully navigating HW/SW configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, change management and peer reviews
- Keen eye for vetting/reading schematics and data sheets for components
- Experience developing schematics for system wiring and connection to off the shelf controllers, interface boards, and power supplies
- Strong technical planning, design, protocol and development execution skills
- Demonstrated ability/aptitude to deliver high quality product designs with focus on DFM and DFS
- Desired Experience in project engineering and development within OSHA/NFPA/CE guidelines
- Desired Experience in phase gate development/commercial process such as PDP (Product Development Process)
- Proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 is required before commencing work onsite at Company`s Headquarters
