ELECTRICIANDescription:Position Summary & Responsibilities:The electrician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for troubleshooting problems with hydraulics, mechanics, and equipment while ensuring that all of his/her efforts are compliant with the company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Must possess knowledge of electrical schematics, charging systems, stationary and mobile equipment.Equipment & Maintenance-Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.-Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.-Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.-Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.-Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must haves:
3-5+ years of experience working as an electrician in an industrial setting. Past candidates did not have enough industrial experience or PLC experience.

High voltage 480v.
Valid CA Driver's License
