DescriptionTakes responsibility for all data entry and maintenance of employee health visits into the employee health database to ensure accuracy and monitor network employee compliance. Oversees FIT testing and safe patient handling training. Compiles and inputs data for OSHA Reports.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEnters and maintains all health requirement data for employees, volunteers and contracted employees.Provides assistance to vendors, as needed. Files health documentation and reports in employee health charts.Assists with receiving and screening calls and walk-ins, referring them to the appropriate personnel or department. Answers general employee health related questions regarding policies, procedures and annual health requirements.Oversees FIT testing and safe patient handling training.
