Engineering Intern

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Engineering Intern II for employment in Long Beach CA. This position will support our Remediation team within our Environment business line.

This part-time position is expected to begin August 2023, with an expected duration of 3-4 months. Job Overview:The Engineering Intern will support our Remediation team in both the field and office. We are seeking motivated candidate who would like to develop and advance in a full-time environmental remediation career.Job Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:Assist project engineers in the development of drawings, plans, specifications, and calculations for civil engineering projects.Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.
