• 6+ years of experience as a hands on Engineering Program Manager in a fast-paced environment with an engineering, or systems background.
• Anticipate, understand, and communicate complex, technical/engineering issues.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong understanding and hands on management of complete project lifecycle from inception to deployment ie. Planning, Scope, User Stories, Agile processes and methodologies, project management tools, etc.
• Experience managing multiple large scale enterprise level platforms.
• High energy, multi-tasker, creative problem solver, ability to work under pressure, able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong technical understanding including: ability to read and understand logs, develop metrics, and partner closely with technical and release teams.
