About the roleAs an Enterprise Applications Engineer - Mobility, you will be responsible for assisting in the research, testing, implementation, and maintenance of global software solutions to support and advance the firm s mobility platform. Other key responsibilities include: Leading project teams to research, evaluate, design, implement, and support the firm s enterprise mobility platform, acting as a Subject Matter Expert regarding these solutionsLiaising with leaders of other business units (e.g. Security, Data Governance, Records Management, Privacy) to ensure that their needs are understood and metUtilizing your technical creativity to identify and implement additional enhancements and new software solutionsProviding expertise on various topics as an upper-level resource; assisting and mentoring other team membersAssisting team members in the production of training materials and delivering training to regional trainers, the Global Technology Support Center, and to end-users regarding specialized applications About youWe d love to hear from you if you: Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Microsoft Windows Enterprise and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Possess knowledge and proficiency with administration and maintenance of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) servers in a virtualized environmentHave knowledge and proficiency with administration and maintenance of Windows Server in a virtualized environment And have: A bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field or appropriate work experienceA minimum of five (5) years of experience in a mobile device hardware/software support roleA minimum of three (3) years related experience deploying or maintaining multiple Mobile Device Management solutions/platforms in a multi-office, global environment; extensive experience with all current mobile device platforms is required Compensation & BenefitsSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000 and represents the firm s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
