Seeking an Enterprise PPM Systems Developer in the Costa Mesa, CA area for a 6 month contract with possibility of extension. Please note this position requires the successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and employment and education verification prior to starting work. The IT Developer with Enterprise Portfolio Project Management (PPM) Systems is responsible for the technical support of the Enterprise PPM Ecosystem. Candidates should have the ability to develop and integrate the PPM Technology Ecosystem by leveraging enterprise tools such as Clarizen, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, integrations and development with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Data Warehouses (AWS), and Active Directory. Candidates should have technical dexterity, the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, have an eye for detail, interpret functional requirements into technical specifications and implementation. The candidate should have the ability to work independently and as a cross-functional team. This position will report into the IT Manager, Enterprise PPM Systems, Reporting & Analytics. Key Responsibilities:- Develop, configure, integrate, maintain, and support the PPM Technology Ecosystem by leveraging Enterprise tools such as Clarizen, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Tableau, Active Directory, and AWS Data Warehouse, etc.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and joined tables in AWS PPM Data Warehouse and connections to PPM systems
- Develop JSON queries through cloud-based PPM API interfaces such as Clarizen, Jira, ServiceNow, and BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Develop and support mobile capabilities within the Enterprise PPM Technology Ecosystem
- Support integrations with key enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, AWS Data Warehouse, SharePoint Online, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
- Develop HTML and CSS for UI/UX enhancements
- Test systems and integrations to execute features
- Trouble shoot technical issues and work with the vendor to resolve
- Work cross-functionally with IT teams such as Enterprise Data Organization, Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications, etc.
- Experience with integrating cloud-based technologies
- Experience with Microsoft applications, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
- Experience writing SQL and JSON queries
- Preferred experience with PPM systems such as Clarizen, ServiceNow, Jira, or other PPM tools
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Teams
- Preferred experience with BI systems such as Tableau, PowerBI
- Preferred experience with Data Warehouse integrations
- Strong development and technical skills with cloud-based systems and data warehouses
- Experience writing SQL and JSON queries
- Strong experience in iterative/Agile methods of development and deployment
- Strong experience in DevOps
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
