Entry Level Accountant will perform Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) and assist the Senior Accountant with various projects.

Journal entries

Bank reconciliation

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Expense reporting

Vendor maintenance

Assist with month end close

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or similar

1+ year of experience in an Accounting Clerk role doing Full cycle accounts payable and receivable

Advanced Excel skills with fast data entry and experience with Accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi, Netsuite

Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to deal with frequent and changing priorities

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
