Entry Level Carpenter – Sonoma (30–35 hrs/week)

Seeking a reliable, hands-on worker for part-time groundskeeping and maintenance duties. One weekend day is required. Tasks include manual lifting, basic carpentry, tool use, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

General repairs

Carpentry: build/repair shelves, fences, gates, etc.

Perform inspections and preventive maintenance

Follow work orders and/or verbal instructions

Ensure safety compliance and provide daily progress updates

Requirements:

Basic carpentry and tool skills

Ability to read and write English and follow instructions

Valid CA driver’s license/background check

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights)

Available on weekends, holidays, and flexible hours

Ideal for someone attending JC or college, or anyone needing part-time hours.
