Description:Position Summary:

Handle and bring to resolution, inquires from customers regarding service, billing, technical assistance, procedures, or any facet of a customers account

Initiate outbound calls to customers

Provide exceptional customer service

Schedule follow up calls

Technical Support troubleshooting

Hours: Need flexibility from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday 8am-4:30pm Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience 6 months minimum experience in customer service- telephone answering skills preferred.

Must have experience multi tasking (using computers while talking to customers)
