Entry Level PV Solar Installers Wanted

Westcoast Solar Energy is a locally owned design and install company based in Santa Rosa, CA. We are on the forefront of PV Design and our standards for quality are the highest in the industry.

Over the last decade we have become the leading commercial solar design and installation company in the North Bay. Some recent notable projects include but are not limited to Lagunitas Brewing Company, Mount Storm Forest Products, and Lynmar Estate Winery.

We are currently hiring solar PV installers for Commercial and Residential installations. 75% of the projects are locally based here in Sonoma County and crews work four, ten-hour shifts/week.

If you do not have any experience in solar but have worked in the construction or electrical trades, you may still be a candidate.

Entry level pay starts at $20/hour

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid and clean California driver's license

Basic Hand Tools - list available

Able to lift 50 pounds

Good communication skills

Ability to work on a team

Attention to detail

Outstanding work ethic

Bonus skills:

Electrical knowledge

Roof work

Able to read drawings and electrical single line diagrams
