Epic BI Analyst

Typical Deliverables: Develop extracts from Clarity using SQL to support dialysis integration. Collaborate with dialysis clinical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and develop operational reports. Validate and integrate new Epic Slicer Dicer data models to be used for dialysis reporting. Support rapid prototyping as well as solution validation and documentation. Produce comprehensive documentation of developed processes and workflows. Required Skills & Abilities: Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic reporting in a hospital / health system setting. 5+ years of SQL query development experience. Working knowledge of Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Radar and SlicerDicer reporting. Experience with integrating Epic with external systems using HL7 or other interfaces. Healthcare (provider-side) industry knowledge. Desired Qualifications EpicCare Dialysis workflow or reporting experience. Experience with Epic reporting on episodes, plans of care and therapy plans. Experience with reporting on Lab and/or Pharmacy data is a plus. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) dialysis reporting experience. Professional (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) reporting experience. Dialysis or Nephrology workflow / billing / coding and operational experience. Periodically onsite
