Job DescriptionThe IT Shared Services team is seeking an experienced eProcurement Administrator to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Source to Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), data mapping, and integration processes, as well as hands-on experience within Ivalua. As the Ivalua Application Administrator, you will become an SME for the application, be responsible for daily operational excellence of the Ivalua application, and implement technical, functional, and policy-specific features and configurations to ensure the application supports the business needs and processes.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Complete configuration updates in the system, including things like process workflows incorporating approvals and alerts
  • Setup and manage user security (roles, groups, permissions) and user profiles
  • Manage instance upgrades and releases. Evaluate and test new features and functionality released by Ivalua. Make recommendations for feature enablement and configuration settings.
  • Setup, testing, and ongoing support of integrations with ERP systems. Monitor interface jobs and investigate/resolve any issues or failures, working with other application leads as necessary.
  • Create and maintain customer catalogs
  • Work with customers on transaction (PO/Invoice) processes
  • Support the Supplier enablement/onboarding process
  • Maintaining and updating Master Data taxonomy
  • Partner with business leads to achieving management information and business intelligence objectives (develop/modify ad-hoc and standard system reports)
  • Help troubleshoot issues that internal and external users may have, such as data, process, Ivalua configuration, or integration-related.
  • Assist with development and delivery of user training
  • Assist with prioritizing change requests and enhancements by helping to provide input for risk, impact, and effort. Support the testing and implementation of prioritized items.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the same/similar role using Ivalua is a big plus, however similar experience with alternate cloud-based eProcurement software (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) may be acceptable:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay practices and process flows, including Supplier Enablement:
  • Experience with AP automation, including e-Invoicing, scanning and workflow, online tracking, reporting capabilities, electronic invoice user interfaces, supplier networks, payment services, and spend analytics:
  • Experience with Release Management and system controls with cloud applications
  • Knowledge of API integrations and ETL:
  • Experience in database concepts and relational databases (Microsoft SQL):
