Seeking ERP Manager who has a solid grasp on SAP Business one. 2 or more years of experience in management ideal. Food manufaturing or manufacturing a plus.Order to cash full cyle implementation This person will have 4 direct reports.
Essential Functions: Manage changes and enhancements to the system. Liaise and be the primary point of contact with SAP solution 3rd party provider partner. Manage the team of Analysts responsible supporting technical, functional, and data aspects of the system. Proactively assess issues and facilitate mitigation plan to ensure success. Present status updates and report on potential issues and mitigation plans to leadership. Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the project owner as required. Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process. Consulting with business units to determine ERP requirements Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues Installing and integrating ERP software/apps Providing training and support for end-users Writing scripts Designing user-friendly interfaces and functionalities Preparing technical and training manualsWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
