We are seeking a highly organized and experienced estimator and office assistant to join our quickly growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in job bidding / estimating, data entry, customer service, and must be a team player.
Objectives of this role:
Bid jobs
Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information as requested, answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
Achieve organizational goals while adhering to best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems – we will fully train you on our systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
High school diploma or equivalent
