ESTIMATOR for natural stone & tile company.

ARTISTIC TILE AND STONE, a high end residential natural stone and tile fabrication and installation company is seeking an experienced candidate for an Estimator position. Applicant must be self-motivated, team player, great communication skills, experienced in Word, Excel, Adobe, must know how to read blue prints and Auto- CAD is a plus.

Position duties to be:

Create take-offs for material & labor from architectural plans

Prepare bids by using Microsoft Excel with formulas

Contact suppliers and vendors for material search and pricing

Communicate with clients and prepare RFI’s

Strong organizational skills

Attention to detail with positive attitude

Ability to follow through with clients.
