Part-Time Event Assistant – Special Events (Weekends Only)

Start Date: Now | End Date: Through Christmas & New Year’s Eve 2027

Location: Santa Barbara + Surrounding Areas

Pay: Competitive hourly rate.

We’re looking for a reliable, professional, responsible, part-time event assistant to join our team for weddings, birthday parties, and corporate events.

This is a great side gig if you’re personable, punctual, and enjoy working in fast-paced, fun event environments on the weekends.

✅ Requirements:

Must own a reliable vehicle (you will drive to and from events)

Must wear suit, tie, and dress shoes (professional appearance is a must)

No smoking or drinking during events – we maintain a clean, client-focused image

Weekend availability is required (Fridays, Saturdays, some Sundays, and holidays like NYE)

Able to assist with setup, teardown, basic tech/equipment handling

Positive attitude, great with people, and willing to learn

Ideal Candidate:

Looking for extra weekend work

Friendly, dependable, and well-groomed

Comfortable lifting 40–60 pounds (event gear, lighting, etc.)

Has prior event, hospitality, or production experience (preferred but not required)

You MUST Have:

Your own car (not rideshare/drop-off)

A cell phone to stay in communication

A clean, professional appearance
