Event Staff - ongoing

Description Start ImmediatelyResponsibilities:

Facilitate the efficient running of events by setting up rooms, arranging furniture, and organizing displays.

Provide excellent customer service to event attendees by resolving their concerns and answering queries promptly.

Assist in managing guest registrations and ticketing solutions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event organization and implementation.

Handle emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances calmly and professionally.

Assist in event tear-down and clean-up.

Maintain a clean and safe environment in the event area.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Flexibility to work a varying schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.

Basic understanding of event logistics and production.

Strong customer service skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.

Must pass a background check.
