Swing Shift (Sunday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11pm)$32/hr. - $41/hr. Graveyard Shift (Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am)Responsibilities:

Evaluate staff performance and attendance; recommend actions.

Maintain records, gather statistics, and prepare reports.

Monitor workflows to improve quality and efficiency.

Plan, schedule, and direct staff; provide feedback.

Inspect the cleanliness of facilities regularly.

Train staff in cleaning techniques and safety policies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Participate in the hiring process and candidate selection.

Conduct daily Patient Satisfaction rounds.
