Additional information is available at: https://jobs.rossstores.com/creative/aboutAbout this opportunity .The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for multiple Senior Executive Leaders and division as needed, utilizing strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.Responsibilities Independently ensure departmental administrative objectives are executed in a timely manner, anticipating conflicts, and proactively problem solving to guarantee expected outcomes are achieved.

As the department representative, manage daily workload of GSVP/GVP/VP including but not limited to: proactive calendar management for internal and external meetings; tracking departmental deadlines for major company events (performance appraisals/ assortment planning) and compiling critical and highly sensitive/ confidential materials within department for timely review and submission; printing and compilation of weekly and monthly reporting; executive and departmental phone coverage as required.

Coordinate and manage expense reports of multiple leaders in a timely manner.

Display organizational agility by effectively managing competing priorities, ensuring appropriate follow through on projects and assignments within division, other departments, Human Resources, and all outside sources.

Execution of new hire onboarding by partnering with HR for scheduling, and collaborating with IT and Corporate Properties to ensure new hires have appropriate systems access, designated workspace, and required equipment prior to start date.

Proven ability to train and onboard other administrative professionals.

Who you are 4-6 years of experience supporting multiple high-level executives in a fast-paced environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail

Proven ability to maintain high level of confidentiality with strong professionalism

Advanced calendar management experience

Extensive experience coordinating domestic and international travel

Expert level computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Previous experience with RDW, RMS & Concur a plus

College Degree preferred

Physical Requirements/ADAJob requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.

Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.

Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.

Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback.
