Role: Sr. Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant 4 Location: San Jose / San Francisco (Remote start, will remain remote till COVID situation) Duration: 12 - 18 months contract (then will convert to permanent)

The opportunity: We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing of Stock & CC SMB, and the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, DC B2B and their respective teams. Your role will complement and support the leaders for our team's overarching goals and objectives.

What you'll do: Extensive scheduling and calendaring coordination Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations Lead logistics for special projects including team space planning, floor moves, organizational meetings, and quarterly all hands. Draft meeting agendas and assemble action items and follow up on completion Facilitate and distribute notes and recordings of weekly staff meetings, team huddle demos and all hands in addition to maintaining Wiki and Trello Boards Process expense reports and purchase orders Organize team onsite/offsite and team building events and lead event logistics Partner with finance to run budget and monitor and predict team's spend Work with cross functional teams across Adobe by collaborating with other Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants to provide coordinated support to the various leaders Learns the team over time and has a pulse on team culture. Readily available to the team and is included in leadership meetings and decisions.

What you need to succeed: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Strong attention to detail and is extremely organized Clear and concise communication Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion Can prioritize multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic Reliable and accessible. Available during normal working hours and available out of hours, as needed, particularly when managers are traveling. Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (email, calendaring, slack, Microsoft Teams). Sense of humor and ability to work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities #LI-FRESH
