Event Maestro: Coordinate and execute impactful fundraising events and meetings, from conception to completion.

Communication Champion: Craft compelling correspondence and presentations that effectively communicate our mission and impact.

Organizational Guru: Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information with precision.

Data Analyst: Compile and analyze data to inform decision-making and measure progress toward our goals.

Ready to join our team and make a lasting impact?Submit your resume and cover letter today!Requirements Demonstrable experience in an executive assistant role Proficiency in ADP Financial Services Experience using Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual communication Familiarity with Concur expense management system Proficiency in CRM software Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time software Proven skills in Calendar Management Excellent Communication skills Experience with Conference Calls and Correspondence Familiarity with Executive Meetings and Scheduling Proficiency in Scheduling Management and Staff Scheduling Prior experience in Administrative Assistance Experience with Donor Communication and Donor Management Familiarity with Grant Administration and Grant Management Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners.
