Assist in preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing functions such as preparing correspondence.

Make travel arrangements for executives.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for executive-level meetings.

Manage and maintain busy executive schedules.

Requirements

Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support.

High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Integrity and confidentiality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
