- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but will accept 7+ years of applicable experience in lieu of education
- At least 2 years relevant experience managing complex senior executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and managing expenses
- Strong expertise in Microsoft suite
- Some experience in notetaking/minutes
- Proven ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining flexibility needed to execute prioritized tasks and changing timelines
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities that include Executive Support, event planning, report tracking, staffing coordination, and composing interdepartmental communications
- Capacity to learn and gain proficiency in data collection and qualitative analysis
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills needed to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and Executive Leadership in a professional and concise manner
- Ability to problem solve while working toward goals of the department and organization; willingness to be prepared with viable solutions
- Facilitation and implementation of interdepartmental policies and process improvement
