-Must have general knowledge of wood/steel framing, doors and frames

-MUST have experience in running crew of 10 +

-Must have experience dealing with contractors and subs

- Minimum 10 years of similar experience.

-Superior understanding of jobs’ entire scope of work from plan

-Good interpersonal communication

-Superior organizational abilities, -Excellent time-management skills

-Problem-solving skills- and decision -making abilities

- Multitasking and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment

-10 years minimum experience with framing, drywall, carpenting and general construction

Valid DL and clean record
