We are looking for an experienced Sale Associate to join our team. Weekend availability needed. We are looking for individuals with high-end RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE, who have worked with designer clothing and/or jewelry brands. You'll greet clients by welcoming them in to our boutique and making them feel comfortable, while showing the most exquisite designer brands from all over the world. Daily duties, in addition to selling beautiful clothing and accessories, include keeping the boutique looking it's best, and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Keep our website and social media up to date with items on hand and new arrivals
- Assist with social media marketing
- Train to assist in buying/ordering
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales or customer service is required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage inventory
