About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Co-Management to oversee the daily operations of Multi-Family property in Oceanside, CA.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of property operations for 97 Apartment/Townhome units

Oversee leasing, rent collection, and tenant communications

Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations

Prepare leases, move-in paperwork, inspections, and vacating documents as required.

Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

property management experience (multi-family preferred)

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
