We are seeking one dedicated candidate to join our growing team:

Service Advisor: The ideal candidate will provide top-tier customer service, clearly communicate with customers about their vehicle maintenance needs, and educate them on services and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their service needs.

Clearly communicate available services, pricing, and maintenance requirements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Assist in fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.

Will train the right candidate if willing to learn about the auto repair industry and you have sales/customer service experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor, minimum 5 years experience. Will be verified.

ASE Certifications in Service Consultant a plus, but not necessary

Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Alignment with a family-oriented company culture.

Spanish Speaker a plus, but not a requirement

Schedule: Full time position, 40 hrs. Overtime is paid. Required to work on Saturdays. You will get Sundays off and 1 day off during the week between Tuesday and Friday. Starting time: 7:30am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday hrs and 7:30am-4pm Sat hrs.
