Experienced Smoke Shop Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the smoking industry and possess in-depth knowledge of various products, including but not limited to tobacco, pipes, vaping devices, and accessories.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping track of inventory levels.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Stay informed about industry trends and new product releases to better serve our customers and drive sales.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including age verification and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a smoke shop or similar retail environment is highly preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of smoking products, including tobacco, pipes, vaping devices, and accessories.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Must be at least 21 years old.
