Experienced Solar Techs – Prevailing Wage

TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Solar Technicians who are interested in participating in a small-scale solar project located in Selma, CA.

Project Information:

Location: Selma, CA 93662

Start Date: Tuesday 06/18

Project Duration: 06/18 - 06/20

Minimum requirements:

Must have Solar experience.

Must have an OSHA 10

Must be able to carry racking, pipes, and solar panels.

Follow safety policies and procedures.

Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold)

Work requires exposure to construction site environments having extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, smoke, hazardous substances, and loud noise levels.

Up to 70% of the job may include heavy physical work, heavy lifting, and pushing or pulling of material that may weigh from 50 to 75 pounds.

The position requires the individual to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, crawl and work in awkward positions or confined spaces throughout the day.

The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception.

Pay Rate:

Base Rate: $34.00 per hour

Fringe Rate: $27.29 per hour

Total: $61.29
