Experienced Turf & Paver Installer – General Labor

Greenview San Diego is a professional landscaping and hardscape company specializing in artificial turf installation, interlocking pavers, and outdoor living spaces. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Install artificial turf and paver systems from start to finish

Grade and prepare job sites using compactors, saws, and other equipment

Lay base materials, level surfaces, and compact to proper specs

Cut and fit turf and pavers precisely using appropriate tools

Assist with loading/unloading materials and job site cleanup

Read and follow job plans, layouts, and supervisor instructions

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience installing artificial turf and/or pavers

Knowledge of proper base preparation, drainage, and compaction techniques

Ability to operate hand and power tools, saws, compactors, and related equipment

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions

Must be punctual, professional, and dependable
