Exterior Building Maintenance Tech needed for HOA Property Maintenance

Clean Earth Maintenance is looking for an experienced Exterior Building Maintenance Tech to join our team.

We provide weekly maintenance services for HOA and property management clients, focusing on preventative, corrective, and seasonal maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience: 2+ years in exterior property/building maintenance (preferred)

-Skills: Painting, framing, stucco, concrete, drywall, carpentry, community lighting, and structural deck building

-Physical Ability: Lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work

-Tools & Transportation: Own tools, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

-Work Ethic: Self-motivated, task-driven, and committed to safety first

-Clearance: Must pass a drug test and background check

Pay: $18.00 - $25 per hour. Depending on experience.
