Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and sof tware, requires a combination of te chn ical skill and careful planning. That's why we need you, a network engineer who knows how to craft the exact network the DoD needs.

As a network engineer on our team, you'll work to build and architect the next generation network to support military. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, DoD personnel, project and program managers to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape the network requirements. You'll then share your expertise during the planning of acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network components. From resolving interoperability issues across platforms, to supporting the acquisition of hardware, you'll put your hardware and sof tware talents to good us e. You Have:

5+ years of experience with network administration
3+ years of experience with enterprise networks
2+ years of experience with IT network design and deployment
Experience with F5 products & te chn ology, including LTM, APM, GTM/DNS, and ASM
Experience with applying Security Te chn ical Implementation Guides ( STIGs )
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
IAT Level II Certification

Nice If You Have:

Experience with Traffic Mgmt Shell ( TMSH )
Experience applying iRules and c us tom health monitors
Experience with deploying and troubleshooting Virtual F5s within VMware
Ability to troubleshooting us ing TCPDUMP and Wireshark
BA or BS degree
F5 certification
CCNA or CCNP Certification
Micro sof t Certified Solutions Asso cia te ( MCSA ) or Micro sof t Certified Solutions Expert ( MCSE ) Windows Server 2012 Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
