NTT Equipment Repair & Fabrication, Inc. is looking for an experienced fabricator.

Key responsibilities:

Blueprint interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan and execute projects.

Fabrication: Measure, cut, and shape metal stock using hand and power tools to prepare components for assembly.

Welding: Join metal parts using various welding processes like MIG, TIG, or arc welding, and techniques like brazing or soldering.

Assembly: Fit together various components into a complete structure or piece of equipment.

Quality control: Inspect and test finished welds for strength, precision, and adherence to specifications using measuring instruments.

Safety: Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injuries.

Maintenance: Clean and maintain welding equipment and work areas.

Other tasks: Perform tasks like dismantling existing structures, grinding, and operating other machinery like plasma cutters or cranes.

Required skills and qualifications:

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Knowledge of various welding techniques and metal types.

Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.

Familiarity with safety procedures.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
