Facilities maintenance and repair for a large warehousing complex.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, building repairs, updating vacant units and showing vacant units. General landscaping, handyperson skills, painting experience and people skills are required. Most tools provided. Flexible hours (8-10 hours/week) with larger projects possible with appropriate skills. Must be available for occasional on-call work. Excellent long-term opportunity.
