Facilities Maintenance Worker - Handyman

Mini-Storage Facility general maintenance, light construction, painting storage units upon tenant move out, upkeep for all units and facility as needed. Cleaning as needed. Running errands/dump runs/personal assistant. Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize effectively. Must have valid Driver's License and insurance. Must be able to lift 50+lbs. Fluent in English. A sense of urgency and respect is mandatory. Must be punctual and reliable. Schedule is flexible and pay is negotiable. Maximum 20 hours/week.

Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and body work background a plus.
