Female Caregiver Needed

Shift:

Saturday, Sunday, Monday Mornings : 8:30 am to 2:30 pm

Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday Nights: 6:00 pm- 10:00 pm

Patient: 62 year old disabled woman with MS. Great personality, funny and kind! Non ambulatory

Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years, or more, caregiving, CNA a plus but not mandatory.

Transportation: Must have valid drivers license.

Pay: Depends upon your experience.

Languages: English

Basic Job Requirements:

1. Administer Medications at Breakfast

2. Housekeeping - Dishes, Laundry, Bed Linen, Housekeeping.

4. Transferring - From Wheelchair to the toilet, to and from armchair.

5. Toileting - Assist with using the toilet.

6. Morning Routine - Bathing, Dressing, Oral Hygiene, Breakfast and Ready for the day.

7. Evening Routine - similar to day time

Companionship - Caregiver will be with patient for mental stimulation and support

8. Female Caregivers Only

Qualifications:

5-8 yrs. Good communication and proficient understanding of English.

Registered with IHSS a plus but not required

CNA certificate a plus but not required.

Must provide two references for last two job assignments

Professional appearance and demeanor, on time and reliable is a must.
